M. Salerno & Associates, Inc. was created in response to the needs of employers, adjusters, and attorneys alike, for a more efficient and cost-effective approach to Managed Care. We pride ourselves in providing our clients with personalized service and outstanding customer care. We are committed to providing a comprehensive, cost-efficient work product that is tailored to meet the unique needs of every customer.

The company was founded in 2002 by Ms. Mary Salerno. With over 25 years experience as a Registered Nurse, Ms. Salerno specializes in the management of catastrophic cases with emphasis on brain injury, spinal cord injury, multiple trauma, burns and amputations.

Ms. Salerno completed her Nursing degree in New York State in 1980 and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Montana. She has completed post-graduate studies in Legal Nurse Consulting and Life Care Planning. She has extensive clinical experience in critical care, trauma, orthopedics/neurosurgery, rehab, high risk labor & delivery, neonatal ICU and general medical-surgical units. Ms. Salerno has given lectures on subjects associated with Brain and Spinal Cord Injuries, and Case Management.

Ms. Salerno is a Certified Case Manager, Certified Disability Management Specialist, Certified Legal Nurse Consultant, and Certified Life Care Planner. She is an active member of several professional organizations and maintains ongoing continuing education in her fields of expertise.

The office of M. Salerno & Associates, Inc. is conveniently located in beautiful Maryville, Tennessee. The office is staffed weekdays 8:00 am to 5:00 pm eastern time. Our office manager, Ms. Arin Anthony, is here to assist you and has direct access to the nurses at all times. Ms. Anthony comes to us from Ogden, Utah, with extensive knowledge and customer service experience, and is a valuable asset to our customers. Ms. Anthony is always here to assist you, answer your questions and process new referrals immediately.
